She was great to work with, instilled confidence from the start and laid out an entire plan that resulted in multiple offers on our house well above what we thought we could get for it, a flexible timeline so we could find a house, finding us a house in a super hot neighborhood where homes don’t even go on the market, and a SUPER smooth closing! Whenever anything did come up like picky buyers with inspection items, she was an amazing advocate and worked with us to get it all handled. She was also the only agent for the purchase (it was for sale by owner) so she basically worked those sellers through their process so that everything stayed on time. On top of all of this, she managed this amazing situation right before and then during the COVID-19 quarantine!
