Mary Ann was great. We were fairly clueless about the area and what we wanted. She helped us pick out what options were right for us and made a lot of helpful suggestions. She knew a lot of information about the areas we were interested in - taxes, school info, prices, local traffic routes, even where to eat. When we picked our house, she was great in negotiations and got us a price we didn't expect AND was able to get us most of the alterations we wanted done before we moved in. In general, she was extremely patient and honest with us, and was also responsive to calls, texts, and emails. I would recommend her to anyone I knew who was in the market for a house.

Mary Ann was absolutely amazing! She was great to work with, instilled confidence from the start and laid out an entire plan that resulted in multiple offers on our house well above what we thought we could get for it, a flexible timeline so we could find a house, finding us a house in a super hot neighborhood where homes don’t even go on the market, and a SUPER smooth closing! Whenever anything did come up like picky buyers with inspection items, she was an amazing advocate and worked with us to get it all handled. She was also the only agent for the purchase (it was for sale by owner) so she basically worked those sellers through their process so that everything stayed on time. On top of all of this, she managed this amazing situation right before and then during the COVID-19 quarantine! She really cares about her clients and is amazingly nice, but she has the experience and confidence to know when to put her foot down with other realtors and their clients, she is a tough one! We couldn’t be more thankful to have Mary Ann as our realtor!
