Greatest real estate agent ever, was looking for a house for 2 months, all I found was people trying to scam me and showing me overpriced awful houses, than I contacted Mary she showed me 2 awesome houses in 1 day and got me approved next day. She was great to work with, instilled confidence from the start and laid out an entire plan that resulted in multiple offers on our house well above what we thought we could get for it, a flexible timeline so we could find a house, finding us a house in a super hot neighborhood where homes don’t even go on the market, and a SUPER smooth closing! Whenever anything did come up like picky buyers with inspection items, she was an amazing advocate and worked with us to get it all handled. She was also the only agent for the purchase (it was for sale by owner) so she basically worked those sellers through their process so that everything stayed on time. On top of all of this, she managed this amazing situation right before and then during the COVID-19 quarantine! She really cares about her clients and is amazingly nice, but she has the experience and confidence to know when to put her foot down with other realtors and their clients, she is a tough one!
